Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Threads Of Harman, we’re dedicated to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. Whether you’re returning, exchanging, or canceling an order, our policy is designed to be as transparent and customer-friendly as possible.

1.Return Policy:- 

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and that’s okay! You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:- 

1.1. Eligibility:

 a.Items must be returned in their Original condition, Unworn, Unwashed, and with all Tags attached.

 b.Products should be free from any signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odours (e.g., perfume or smoke).

c.Returns for Final sale items, customised products, gift cards, and undergarments are not accepted for hygienic reasons or as per the terms stated during purchase. 

1.2. Packaging:

a.Ensure the item is in its Original Packaging to avoid any damages during return shipping. If the original packaging isn’t available, please use similar protective material to ensure the item’s safety

1.3. Refund Timeline:

 a.Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. While issuing the store credit for COD orders we deduct standard fee of Rs 200/-, if you return any product.

b.Refunds do not include original shipping costs, except for cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). 

1.4. Return Shipping Fees:

a.Domestic Orders:- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

b.International Orders:- Return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

1.5. Return Label:

 a.We’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless it’s due to a defective or incorrect item.

2.Exchange Policy:-

We understand the importance of the perfect fit or colour, and we offer easy exchanges to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

2.1. Exchange Period:- Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

2.2.Eligibility for Exchanges:

 a.Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns: unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

b.Exchanges are only allowed for Size or Colour variations of the same product. For a completely different product, you’ll need to request a return and place a new order.

  1. Return and exchange is applicable at charge of Rs 100/-.

 

2.3. Process:-

a.Contact our customer support at support@threadsofharman.com with your order number, and specify the size or colour you’d like to exchange.

b.Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship out the new one within 5-7 Business days, subject to stock availability.

  

2.4. Out of Stock Items:

a.If the item you’re requesting for exchange is no longer available, we’ll notify you via email, and you can either opt for a refund or store credit.

 

2.5.Exchange Shipping Costs:

  1. For Domestic Exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for sending the new item. However, return shipping for the original item will be at your expense unless the product was defective or incorrect.

b.For International Exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping both ways unless the product was defective or incorrect.

 

3.Cancellation Policy:-

Changed your mind after placing an order? We allow cancellations under the following conditions:

 

3.1.Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order Within 24 hours of placing it. Once the cancellation window has passed, the order may have already been processed or shipped.

  

3.2.How to Cancel:

  1. To cancel, please email us at support@threadsofharman.com or use the Contact Us form. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

 b.If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return process.

 

3.3.Refund for Canceled Orders:

a.Orders canceled within 24 hours will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Orders with COD payment method will be given store credit.

b.If the cancellation request is made after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees if you choose to return the product after delivery.

 

4.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we apologise if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Here’s how we handle such cases:

 

4.1.Report the Issue:

a.Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at support@threadsofharman.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.  

4.2. Resolution:

  1. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. You can choose whichever option works best for you.

4.3.Shipping of Replacement Items:

a.If you opt for a replacement, the new item will be shipped out within 5-7 business days once we receive the returned product.
